19 Duncan Street

19 Duncan is a redevelopment of a five-storey heritage office building at Duncan and Adelaide streets in Toronto’s Entertainment District. It will result in a 54-storey mixed-use building (residential, office, and retail), with 135,000 square feet of office space. The heritage building’s façade will be retained.

LMDG provided fire protection and life safety consulting services for this project. These duties included conducting drawing reviews, site reviews, review/preparation of drawings and reports, and conducting negotiations with the Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
